Scale Exposes What Was Always Fragile

Scale does not introduce new problems. It reveals existing ones. Processes sustained through heroics begin to fail. Alignment held together by proximity dissolves. Judgment concentrated in a small number of people becomes a liability.

Growth removes the buffers that once hid fragility. What was manageable through effort alone becomes unsustainable.

At that point, adding more activity accelerates failure. Only clarity restores integrity.

Scale is not the enemy. It is the test.
