Once accepted, we:

Identify the primary constraint (Reframe, Focus, Align, or Leverage)
Work through decisions that unlock progress
Create decision filters leadership can use independently
Engagements are structured, finite, and designed to reduce dependency, not create it.

Entry & Selectivity
Netrix does not accept advisory clients without first completing a Growth Clarity Review™.
The Review ensures alignment of thinking before any ongoing work begins.
Not all Review participants are invited into the Advisory.
In some cases, applied systems may be introduced once clarity is established and decision patterns stabilize. These systems do not replace advisory work, they extend it.
